🎮 Part-Time Remote Sales & Admin Assistant

We’re a fun, fast-growing mobile entertainment company (think game trucks, events, and happy kids), and we’re looking for an upbeat, reliable, part-time team member to help with sales, bookings, and light admin work.

🕒 The Details

Hours: Minimum ~20 hours per week (varies by season & workload)

Location: 100% Remote

Pay: $1,500 per month + commission on sales

Training: Fully provided

Schedule: Flexible — work during your available downtime

Onboarding: A few initial meetings for training & service walkthroughs

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

Making outbound sales calls to churches and schools

Answering incoming customer inquiries (calls, messages, etc.)

Booking parties manually and keeping things organized

Creating simple social media posts (Canva or similar experience is a big plus)

🌱 Not Required — But Willingness to Learn Is Huge

You don’t need to know these yet, but you should be open to learning: QuickBooks

Create customers & invoices

Post payments & undeposited funds

Monthly reconciliation

Go High Level tasks (CRM + automation)

Don’t worry — training is provided.
